Ron has founded and managed subscription-based companies for the last 15 years. Prior to Liquidity, Ron founded PlanetSoho, The Karaoke Channel, and Individual TV. He also served as a GM at Kenshoo Local and helped companies such as WalkMe and MYT scale their businesses.

Chairman and Co-Founder of BRM, Eli Barkat is also chairman and co-founder of BRM Group. He is a prominent figure in the Israeli business and financial community, with more than 30 years of entrepreneurial, investment and business management experience.

Life has been a series of reinventions for Santo Politi. Growing up in Turkey, Santo received a scholarship to study electrical engineering in the U.S., paving the path to a job at Panasonic in the company’s Broadcast and Television division. After a decade working as an engineer, Santo went to business school, where he juggled a full-time job with his studies.

Yoram is a Senior Partner at the Shibolet & Co. law office. He is a multidisciplinary professional with extensive experience in complex commercial transactions, including cross-border M&A, and issuers' representation on various public and private offerings in Israel and abroad. Yoram was a member of the “farm team,” consisting of the closest advisors to the late Prime Minister of Israel, Mr. Ariel Sharon. At Sharon's request, Yoram acted as the chairman of the negotiation team appointed in 2004 for the establishment of the governmental coalition and thereafter incorporated the political party “Kadima”. Yoram was active in Israeli–Palestinian Track II diplomacy between 2006 and 2009.

The current CEO of Meitav Dash, Ilan Raviv has been working in the financial industry for over 30 years in Israel, London, and Geneva. During this time, Mr. Raviv served as the CEO of U-Bank, a Manager at the Jacob Safra Bank in Switzerland, Treasurer of Israel Discount Bank, and a Senior Dealer at the Foreign Currency Reserve Management Team of the Bank of Israel.

Nobutake joined MUFG Bank in 2018 as Managing Director of open innovation, and has been the President & CEO of MUIP since January 2019. He began his career as a venture capitalist at Global Brain, as well as managing KDDI and other CVC's. His career at MUFG Bank began as a banker in multiple divisions, including the Industrial Research Division in the New York.

Oron brings over 12 years of experience in developing prediction tools and optimization models and implementing business and operational risk management systems in the Hi-Tech Sector. Oron was also Head of Planning and Analytics at Applied Materials.

Udi has more than 17 years of experience in financial management as a CFO of several listed companies, including Gilat Satcom, Telrad Connery, and high growth start-ups as Signals Analytics and VATBox. Udi brings vast experience in financing companies and scaling their businesses.

Dan is a leader who is passionate about community and gets his energy from people - both externally and internally. He served on the Board of the SVB Foundation and the Executive Committee for Best Buddies International’s fundraising events, including leading the fundraising efforts as Executive Chair for the Best Buddies Hyannisport Challenge charity cycling event in 2018 and 2019. Dan likes to spend as much time in-market as possible, working with founders, CEOs, CFOs, and Venture Capitalists to understand their biggest challenges and to help them meet these challenges with solutions that benefit both parties.

Oshri brings a decade of experience in the capital markets, investments, and finance fields. Prior to joining Liquidity, Oshri served as a Legal Counsel at Meitav Dash, who accompanied diverse activities such as Asset Management, Alternative Investments, Family Office, M&A Transactions, Retail Finance, and P2P Lending. Oshri also worked as an associate at leading commercial law firms.

Rony Keren, Brings experience of over 20 years in Software architecture, service, and backend development. Professional leader of Matrix Educational Division as JBT CTO. Over the years been consulting and training modern software development at Enterprise/IT organizations and SMBs over Israel, Europe, and China.

Roi is a serial-CMO, but was also Managing Partner at Initial Capital, a private investment firm focused on deals in Israel and Brazil. Most recently he was CMO & CBO at L1ght, a data science company focused on the Online Toxicity space.

Julie brings over 17 years of vast experience in global technology companies as a growth and strategy executive specializing in customer support. passionate about maintaining partnerships and superior customer service.

Yaron manages Liquidity's Credit Solutions team and previously led its Singapore-based fund, Mars Growth Capital, to be the largest debt fund in SE Asia. Before joining Liquidity, Yaron led cross-border M&A & capital fundraising transactions at EY as a Manager, after starting his career as an Auditor for NASDAQ-listed firms. Yaron is a certified public accountant (CPA)

Reggie brings more than 25 years of experience raising institutional capital globally and has headed the private capital markets groups at NM Rothschild & Sons, Credit Suisse, and Deutsche Bank. He has a wealth of experience structuring private and public solutions across the capital structure and enjoys extensive relationships with the world’s leading providers of capital. Based in London, the proliferation of capital around the world has allowed Reggie to work with some of the leading companies in technology today. Reggie has an MBA from Harvard University and a B.A. in Economics from The University of Chicago.

Robert Amato has over a decade of working in the capital markets, mainly focused on investments within structured products. Prior to joining Liquidity, Robert was a Managing Director at Cantor Fitzgerald in the Structured Products Banking Group, working with early-stage issuers to execute various capital solutions. Previously, he worked in Asset Management at Hudson Advisors. Rob is an avid fan of the New York Jets and the New York Knicks, and really loves his family.

Carmen is a financial strategy and communications specialist from a client-centric background, channelling 13 years of relationship management and analysis into building capital relationships and dealflow. Prior to Liquidity, Carmen led Financial Services and Technology at Abu Dhabi Investment Office (ADIO) working with the world's leading technology companies, sovereign wealth funds and asset managers and previously worked in fund strategy and advisory. She holds a BBus in Economics from the University of Technology Sydney.

Guy has 30+ years as an entrepreneur spanning diverse industries internationally. From printing. Miami Offset and Print Management to Real Estate and Lucky Player Vodka. Recently co-founder of Premonition.ai a legal tech data company. Board member at several organizations, Forbes Business Council member. Based in the US. Bringing experience in scaling, managing, and funding companies to reach their full potential.

Richard Yorke is Executive Officer and Head of Global Corporate & Investment Banking for APAC. Based in Singapore, Mr. Yorke oversees the bank’s global corporate and investment banking business across 18 locations, spanning ASEAN, South Asia, East Asia as well as the Oceania region. Mr. Yorke was President and CEO of HSBC China, based in Shanghai, from 2005-2010, and was made an Honorary Citizen of Shanghai.

Yulia Toyokawa is Managing Executive Officer of MUFG Bank Ltd and serves as Head of Global Credit. In her 30 years tenure in MUFG, she has held positions in business advancement and credit, covering a wide range of areas including project and aviation finance, LBO, and securitization.

Yuval has held numerous senior roles in the banking world in the past 30 years, among them deputy-CEO and Head of the Business and Banking Unit at Discount Bank, Chairman of the Board at Discount Bank Mortgages and CEO of Bank Leumi Mortgages. He was also Chairman of the Board of Cal Credit Cards of Israel and Diners Club Israel.

Brian joins us after a trailblazing tenure at NBC Universal where he was the global COVID-19 compliance supervisor, allowing thousands of people to go back to work. Before this work, he led the brand identity and marketing plan for an LA-based hospitality company. Previously, he’s held positions in the arts and production sectors throughout California, as well as in Miami and New York. Earlier in his career, Brian also starred in Broadway’s Wicked as a dancer for eight years.

Before joining Liquidity Jacksir worked as a Sales Development Representative for SigTech, a SaaS platform to help build systematic strategies. His role consisted of building new business. Prior to joining SigTech Jacksir recently graduated college at University of Nevada, Las Vegas with a Bachelor of Science Marketing.

Abdeljalil brings with him wide-ranging experience in development spanning Paris and most recently, Abu Dhabi. He is rigorous and methodical in his work, and passionate about new technologies. Abdeljalil is motivated to steer his career to artificial intelligence research and development at Liquidity. His experience includes web and mobile development, IT security, education, system and network administration, project management as well as blockchain. Abdejalil holds a Master’s degree in Digital Technologies Architecture from École 42, Paris. He also acquired Angular and NodeJS certifications from ORSYS Training school in France. Abdeljalil is fluent in Arabic, English, and French, and can also hold a conversation in Mandarin! He loves philosophy and art, and you can find him drawing in his free time - on paper or on Sketch (digital)!

Abigail has over 7+ years of experience working for startups and big corporations. Before joining Liquidity, she worked for Waze (Google) as a Localization manager and QA. She has a B.A in Philosophy and English Literature from Tel Aviv University.

Adi served as a major Sargent in the combat engineering corps and is now studying industrial engineering and management in Shenkar Collage.

Adi is an experienced financial analyst with a track record of solving challenging business issues through consulting engagements in diverse industries (including finance and real estate). Adi holds an MBA from the University of Houston with a certificate in Corporate Finance and a BSBA in Finance from Elon University, both in the USA. Previously, he worked as a strategy consultant in Houston, Texas.

Adi is an ambitious Data Engineer, has served in the Intelligence Corps and holds an extended BSc degree in Computer Science and Cyber. Has development experience in a variety of fields including big data, NLP, image processing, android development and autonomous algorithms. Passionate about new technologies and always eager to learn.

Ahmed has over 14 years of experience in building servers, mobile, and web applications across Egypt, Saudi Arabia, New Zealand, and Copenhagen for companies such as Coach Solutions, Tame and Vodafone. He is passionate about creating seamless user experiences and robust back-end solutions and is thrilled to be here. Originally from Egypt, Ahmed enjoys biking over any other transportation, art, and sculpting in particular. He is the happy father of three children aged 6, 7.5 and 9.

Originally from Finland, Aleksi is driven by a strong business mindset and a passion for leading with data. Before joining Liquidity, Aleksi led an analytics team at a major Nordic company and worked as a data analyst in both the oil and gas and telecommunications sectors.

Alesia is a QA Engineer with considerable hands-on experience, mainly including quality testing, analyzing requirements, and test documentation writing. Originally from Belarus, she worked in different domains including Fintech, Healthcare, Education, Travel, and Hospitality as a QA Engineer, mentor, and interviewer.

Alexander is a high-skilled software developer. Has more than 5 years of experience. Holds a master’s degree in Software Engineering. He is motivated to work and learn new technologies.

Alex has 5 years of experience in commercial software development. He likes to solve technical problems and optimize code, enjoys learning programming languages and frameworks. Clean code lover.

Ali has over 6 years of research experience in academia and industry. Before joining Liquidity, he worked as a Data Scientist for the Australian Defence, applying machine learning to naval platforms. Ali has completed a M.Sc. from UNSW Sydney and a PhD in structural earthquake engineering from Swinburne University of Technology Melbourne.

*Amith* has over seven years of experience as a Senior Software Engineer in various companies including working as part of the India-based teams for GE Healthcare, Capgemini Engineering headquartered in Paris, and most recently MindDoc, a psychotherapy startup headquartered in Munich. Amith holds a BTech in Computer science and Engineering from Cochin University of Science and Technology (Kerala, India). He loves to play football, cricket, and other outdoor games. He’s just recently relocated to Abu Dhabi with LIQUiDITY, together with his family!

Amna brings 16+ years of tech experience in building automation portfolios & executing strategies for companies like IBM & Etisalat. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Maths & Stats along with a Master’s in Computer Application from AMU. Amna moved to UAE from India driven by her desire to grow and be more productive in her career.

Andrii has over 7 years of hands-on experience in software development with 3 different programming languages and holds a master’s degree in Economics Management. Headed the development at the very beginning of the Liquidity project.

Andrii brings 8 years of hands-on web development. He enjoys working on complex and challenging tasks.

Anthony has over 6 years of experience in M&A, IPO, dividend recapitalisation, buyout, ABL, and general corporate debt financing. Prior to Liquidity, he worked at SVB and HSBC Innovation Banking in their Leverage and Corporate Finance teams. He also holds an MSc in Finance and Private Equity from London School of Economics and Political Science.

Aska is a passionate product manager with a keen aptitude for balancing customer satisfaction with the strategic objectives of businesses through impactful products. Her extensive experience includes developing products powered by Generative AI at AI Singapore, localizing a plethora of products for the APAC region with Twilio, and championing the transformation of teams into agile and goal-oriented units at Rakuten and beyond. Originally from Tokyo, Aska holds a BA in Spanish from Kansai Gaidai University in Osaka and an MA in International Affairs from UCSD in San Diego.

Aya is an experienced product manager, with strong analytical roots and an entrepreneurial mindset. Before joining Liquidity, Aya was the head of product at a ML Ops startup, where she designed and led the deployment of a data operation platform to serve large enterprises and AI companies. Aya holds a BSc in Physics and Economics from Tel Aviv University.

Grew up in Russia, graduated from Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology, starting his career as a developer and continuing as a ML engineer, who worked in various industries - AdTech, offline retail and e-commerce. In his free time Bulat enjoys hiking and when winter comes, he loves to go mountain skiing.

Chetan has over 15 years of experience as a Designer and has led UX Design for complex enterprise-class applications for security, cloud, and analytical products. His work spans global companies including Skyhigh Security / McAfee Enterprise, Akamai Technologies, Harman International, among others. Chetan holds a BSc from the MES College of Arts, Bangalore University, though he shares that he’s always learning. Chetan shares that he’s aspiring to gain a deeper understanding of cognitive psychology, product management, carpentry, as well as the UX of AI & and machine learning (and he’s in the right place for it - except for carpentry!) He is from Bengaluru, India originally, and his wife and 8-year-old son will soon also follow him to Abu Dhabi. When Chetan is not designing amazing UX, you can find him casually cycling, hiking, or spending time discussing various topics with his son.

Dan enrolled in Reichman University's second year, pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Administration. Dan have more than three years of expertise in various forms of management & more than a year in business development and B2B sales.

Dana is a QA Automation engineer. She is passionate and motivated to learn new technologies.

Danor brings over 15 years of experience in research and algorithm development in academia and industry. Before joining Liquidity he worked as a Data Scientist in ad-tech and fintech companies. Danor holds a Ph.D. degree in theoretical physics from the Technion, where he studied the dynamics of astrophysical processes.

David is a corporate lawyer, specializing in various aspects of commercial law, including corporate, securities, M&A, investments ,and financing transactions .Prior to Liquidity, David worked as an associate at a top leading commercial law firm in Israel. David holds an LL.B. degree from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

David is an experienced product manager who has held managerial roles at institutions such as JPMorgan and Citibank. His expertise spans data engineering, analysis, and science, developed through practical experience. His MA in Economics and MSc in Statistics from Tel Aviv University allow David to leverage his profound knowledge in finance, statistics, and coding to craft innovative data-driven solutions and products.

David, originally from Buenos Aires, currently lives in Tel Aviv. He’s been working as a fullstack developer for almost a decade. He defines himself as a “team player,” and he’s well versed with the javascript ecosystem. He’ll be working closely with the team on our move to Node.js. He loves playing the piano and working out! Dmitrii is a certified AWS DevOps professional with over 15 years of experience supporting and automating critical deployments over big infrastructure, before it even became mainstream. Throughout his career, his knowledge and experience got him to work for companies in Russia, New Zealand and in the UAE. Dmitrii holds an MA in Automatic Control of Technical Processes from the Kemerovo Technological University in Russia and a Diploma in Information Technology from the Wellington Institute of Technology in New Zealand.

Doron is a Data Science Researcher at Tel Aviv University and a software engineer.

Doron started his career at the end of the 80s, managing Microsoft products. Following a tenure as Manager for IT and Senior Consultant for Infrastructure at Ness Technologies, he started his own business in security & infrastructure consulting and gave classes in a range of fields at John Bryce. He then joined John Bryce in a more permanent capacity. Doron joins our team on a part-time basis in an even more formal capacity as a DevOps Engineer.

Elizabeth joins Liquidity with strong experience as a paralegal and office administrator. Previously, she worked primarily in civil law in federal and state court. Elizabeth holds a BA in the History and Theory of Architecture from Columbia University, where she also served as an academic researcher and administrator.

Erik Hovhannisyan is a software engineer who has a strong passion for innovation and problem-solving. With over eight years of experience in companies such as MVP GROUP & Genesis Solutions, he enjoys working with cutting-edge technologies and frameworks and thrives in dynamic global environments. Originally from Armenia, Erik is a big tennis and football fan and likes creating robots in his spare time.

Etty joined Liquidity in 2020 with both financial and legal experience in startup SaaS companies. Before joining Liquidity, Etty worked in Ernst & Young as a senior auditor and in Schlesinger, Levy & Co. as a lawyer. Etty holds a B. A and LL.B degrees from the IDC and she is a CPA and Adv.

Evgeny has several years experience as backend developer. Organized with a keen eye for details, algorithms and optimizations. Bachelor degree alumnus in Computer Science.

Eyal is a brilliant front-end developer with several years of experience. His Hobbies are producing music & traveling.

Farouk is a Canadian PhD economist with a specialization in computational economics, experimental economics, time series, and applied econometrics. He brings valuable experience from his previous role on the Amazon causal inference team, where he leveraged machine learning and experimental techniques to assess the impact of policies on customer satisfaction and seller performance. Notably, he is recognized as a strong advocate for knowledge sharing among students and stakeholders, and his dedication to education has earned him a prestigious teaching excellence award.

Gagandeep, who goes by “*Gagan*”, is a Data Scientist with over eight years of experience in building data-intensive applications, and statistical and machine learning models (supervised and unsupervised) with key emphasis on interpretability. Prior to joining LIQUiDITY, Gagan was Lead Data Scientist at Twilio (TWLO, India, headquartered in Calif.) He also has completed tenure at Indian offices of Frontdoor Inc.(home services tech), Fresh Gravity (tech consulting), and Accenture. Gagan shares that he’s obsessed with improvising user experience by creating data-rich solutions. He also shares that he’s blessed with a 5-year-old cute daughter named Shanaya, and his family has been a source of inspiration for him.

Georgie is a highly proficient Executive Assistant, Office Manager and Project Manager with several years experience in the Travel Industry and Charity Sector. Georgie trained to be an Actor and loves to go to the theater, watch live music, and when possible, cheer her football team, Everton, on.

Gil has background over a decade around troubleshooting of computer issues (HW&SW). Prior to joining Liquidity, Gil was responsible of leading the Intune cloud solution from Microsoft Azure and thus enabling cloud management of users and devices with emphasis on compliance and security.

Gowthaman is a data platform engineer with BS in computer science from University of Wollongong Dubai . Prior to joining Liquidity, Gowthaman was a Software engineer at Capgemini.

With experience in the tech industry and fundraising, I'm a business administration and international relations graduate from HUJI, I excel in managing diverse responsibilities and thrive in fast-paced environments. As a Project Manager at A-Labs Finance & Advisory, I oversaw critical initiatives such as RTO, IPO, M&As, and fundraising. Additionally, as an Executive Assistant to a CEO at a global start-up named InsidePacket, I handled projects, managed operations, and provided administrative support.

Guy Rozenwald is a senior manager and architect with over 20 years of leadership experience, leading R&D and product teams across a range of organizations, from establishing start ups to groups in large multinational corporations. On top of that, Guy consults and lectures on leadership and management to top companies as well as to technological units in the Israeli government and IDF.

Prior to LIQUiDITY, Heba led the CRM Department at United Printing & Publishing and led Market Data Strategy & Org. Excellence at Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange, where she spearheaded projects facilitated by her extensive quality management and leadership skills. Heba holds a Bachelor’s degree Management Information System from Al Ain University (UAE). She’s certified in quality management (ISO;) as well as cyber security from Zayed University (Abu Dhabi, UAE).

Ismael has over 15 years of experience in Finance mainly in accounts payables, accounts receivables, monthly closing and reporting. He was working as Senior Accountant at the National Health Insurance Company, one of the biggest insurance companies in the UAE. Ismael holds a bachelor degree in accounting from Al Khawarizmi International College in the UAE.

.Joanna brings 10 + years of experience in office and project management in the public sector including the international fundraising division at the American Jewish Joint Distribution Committee (JDC, headquartered in NY) and most recently, the US and International Financial Aid Office at Reichman University (IDC Herzliya). Joanna holds an MA in Israeli Politics and Society from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and a BA in Applied Foreign Languages from the University of Strasbourg, France. Joanna is fully fluent in 5 languages: French, English, Hebrew, Spanish, and German.

Josep is a seasoned professional with a background in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics Engineering, and Theoretical Physics. He holds a PhD from UB / California Institute of Technology and has published over 70 articles in high-impact journals. Josep served as a Group Leader at IREC for a decade, managing numerous publicly and privately funded projects. He is the founder of LEDMOTIVE, a global reference in intelligent LED lighting. He is constantly exploring trends in Business-Composed Data & Analytics, Foundation Models for AI, and other cutting-edge data science concepts.

Josh Mackey was a director at TriplePoint Capital and a VP at Silicon Valley Bank. He studied accounting at the University of California, Santa Cruz.

Justin was recently at Uncapped (Europe's first revenue-based finance provider) as Head of Investor partnerships, closing global VC-backed deals as well as working on the SaaS lending product. Formerly, Justin led strategic projects for Swoop Funding (one-stop-shop for debt/equity/grants for SMBs), as well as at Blenheim Chalcot (UK-based VC), leading portfolio strategy.

Kim graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Administration from Reichman University.

Kos brings over 10 years of professional experience in the banking sector, having held various assignments globally across corporate banking relationship management, credit planning and strategic planning.

Larisa has two decades of experience in accounting, with 14 of those years dedicated to leading roles as a Head Bookkeeper and Payroll Controller in global companies such as Momentis Surgical, Scodix & Video Domain. She holds extensive expertise in establishing streamlined financial procedures and introducing new ERP systems, including NetSuite and Priority, as well as proficiency in software applications like Nexonia and Payem, among others. Larisa has a BA in Economics from Rostov-Don University in Russia and holds multiple diplomas in the field of accounting.

Lilach joins Liquidity following a decade as CPA of which six years as also a financial controller in global tech companies, both private and public. Lilach holds a Business Administration and Accounting degree from the College of Management in Rishon.

Lin holds a B.A. in Business Economics with a specialization in finance & an MBA from Reichman University. She worked for almost one year at Sphera Hedge Fund and also has a year's experience working in a TOJA (start-up). During her time in the army, Lin served in the International Cooperative Unit.

Born and raised in Paris, Lisa graduated from Strate Paris with a Master Degree in industrial design, specializing in Branding and art Direction. She has 7+ years experience In branding. in B2C luxury and B2B tech for international brands and companies. Experience includes mazarine paris, Parazar, and Atreo in Tel Aviv as well as independent design work in Taipei and Firenze.

Lucie is a solicitor specializing in financing, with experience in corporate and technology law. Before joining Liquidity, she worked at a Magic Circle law firm where she managed complex finance transactions, and at an IT startup where she was responsible for the entire legal agenda. Lucie initially practiced Czech law and later broadened her expertise by obtaining an English law qualification. She is currently completing her onboarding with our team in the London office and will be based out of the Abu Dhabi office.

Originally from Armenia, Mher brings over twelve years of experience in quality assurance to the table, mainly in Armenia and in the UAE. During this time, he has dedicated seven years to developing and maintaining automated testing frameworks, tools, and processes. Additionally, he has spent five years managing QA engineering teams, aiming to produce high-quality software while optimizing the use of limited resources. Mher has an MA in Computer Systems and Informatics from the University of Yerevan.

Hi, I'm Miri Mizrahi QA manual Graduate from John Bryce.

Montana has over 3 years of experience in the tech industry. Prior to joining LIQUiDITY, Montana worked at SolarEdge Technologies in various roles including project management and operations, as well as at the Israel Ministry of Finance. Most recently, she was at The Asia Institute as Content Editor.

Mouhcine describes himself as a “passionate developer who loves coding”. He shares that he strives to be multitalented in new and a variety of technologies.

Mujde brings about 10 years experience in Data Science and Machine Learning. She has both academic and industrial global expertise with applications in different fields from aviation to finance, insurance and defense. Mujde holds a Bachelor's and Master"s degree in mechanical engineering from Middle East Technical University, Turkey and a PhD degree in experimental data analysis from University of Southampton, UK.

Mykola is a software developer with 5 years of hands-on experience in web projects. One of the first developers in the Liquidity team. Great team player.

Nadav brings 14 years of hands-on technical experience as a developer and technical lead. Worked mostly with startup companies and focused on web technologies.

Navas has been an entrepreneur since his college days and have founded and operated at least 5 different businesses in verticals as diverse as technology, trading, event management, consulting, facility management and F&B. Previously, he has worked with many startups as a fundraising advisor and has served on the board of an Investment firm based out of the UAE.

Nimrod is a seasoned Software Developer. He actually started using Python as an early adopter! Over time, Nimrod applied his experience to the financial sector, where he specializes in introducing new tools & technology to promote innovation.

Nir brings vast experience in commercial law, specializing in the tech industry, M&A transactions and financing. Prior to joining Liquidity, Nir worked as an associate at leading law firms.

Nir has over 4 years of professional experience in the M&A practice and Transaction Services Advisory. Prior to joining Liquidity, Nir was a Senior Associate at KPMG's Transaction Services Advisory department, where he managed financial and commercial due diligence projects (buy-side and sell-side) for large-scale M&A transactions, debt, and equity capital raises. Nir holds an M.Sc. in Finance and Accounting from Tel Aviv University, a B.A. in Economics and Accounting from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and is a Certified Public Accountant in Israel.

Noa served in the Israeli Intelligence Corps working in cyber security for about 3 years. She is passionate about technology and ready to dive right in and learn new skills. When she is not on the train from Beer Sheva, she enjoys singing, cooking, and playing video games.

Before joining Liquidity Noga worked as a developer and implementer of Atlassian tools and managed projects for different clients. Noga has a bachelor degree in Economics and Psychology and is currently finishing her M.Sc. in Data Science at the Industrial Engineering and Management Department at Ben Gurion University.

Ofir brings vast experience in Accounting, Tax Accounting, Financial Statements, Financial ERP systems and Consolidation of listed companies and strong US GAAP accounting professionals. Prior to joining Liquidity, Ofir worked as a Senior Controller in global public companies listed on NASDAQ.

Ofir is a data scientist who completed her BSc in Data Science & MBA at the Technion (Israeli Institute of Technology) before joining the Israeli Defense Forces. She was part of the Atuda program which enables specific high school graduates to study first before joining the IDF. She served in Maftech, the Navy's Data Science team. When she is not coding, she enjoys practicing pilates, dancing, and painting.

Omer has over two years of experience as a Business Analyst at a leading consulting firm. He conducted economic feasibility tests and examined alternatives in implementing large-scale infrastructure projects and provided strategic consulting. Omer holds a BA in Economics and Business management from IDC Herzliya.

Omri has over 7 years of experience in research in academia. Before joining Liquidity he worked as a researcher at the Weizmann Institute of Science, where he completed an MSc in the field of optics and a PhD on mechanical reinforcement using magnetic-fields.

Omri has over 4 years of experience as a Senior Financial Analyst in various industries. Before joining Liquidity, he worked at Ernst & Young, where he provided consulting services, managed large-scale M&A transactions, and led advanced business valuations. Omri holds a BA in Accounting and Economics from Haifa University and is a Certified Public Accountant in Israel.

Or is a corporate lawyer, specializing in various aspects of commercial law, investments, corporate finance transactions and intellectual property, as well as commercial and incorporation agreements. Prior to Liquidity, Or worked as a legal counsel at a global company and specialized in securities law and IPOs in a leading corporate law firm.

Or brings over 10 years of finance and business experience in various roles. started his career in EY (Ernst & Young) as a Transaction and Strategy Consultant (CPA) for multinational corporations, focusing on valuation and business modeling, Due Diligence and M&A processes. Or then moved onto the tech sector at Amdocs, taking a role as a senior financial analyst and associate at the M&A team, leading a couple of successful acquisitions, before founding Bridgeland Advisors, a valuation and strategic advisory boutique firm. Or holds an MBA from Tel Aviv University, and a BA in Accounting and Finance (CPA) from the University of Haifa.

Orel has over 4 years of experience in customer-facing roles, including business development, finance, and sales in the investment banking and fintech industry. Oren joins us as a continuation of his 20+ year career in software development. Oren initially started as a QA Engineer for a couple years and worked his way to Frontend/UI development. He’s worked with complex products.

Pinar is a well-seasoned data professional with a solid educational background in Economics. With a decade of experience in various sectors such as banking, travel and real estate, she has developed her expertise in data analysis and its practical applications in the Product domain.

Shihani, a corporate lawyer graduated from Staffordshire University UK, specializes in M&A, financing, commercial agreements, and intellectual property. She has worked as an In-House Counsel at multinational corporates in the UK and as an associate at leading law firms.

Prajwal is a mobile software engineer, armed with a Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering. His passion lies in coding and exploring the ever-evolving tech landscape.

Pranit Bardapurkar is a software QA Engineer with a 10-year career in the IT industry. He worked for Synecron, Deutsche Telekom, andTavisca and has vast experience in software development, whether it is developing web applications or creating automation. Originally from India, Pranit is passionate about drawing and painting.

Rahul is a DevOps enthusiast with over 12 years of experience in the field. He's passionate about designing and implementing scalable, reliable, and efficient solutions that enable organizations to deliver software at speed and scale. Rahul has a deep understanding of cloud technologies, infrastructure-as-code, and containerization. As a professional DevOps practitioner, he shares that he's committed to helping organizations achieve their business goals through the adoption of best practices and innovative solutions. Ran is a frontend developer, holds a BSc in computer science. Passionate and motivated to learn new technologies.

Previously an experienced software developer, Ran has since held a wide range of roles. Starting out as an Investment Banker (in IPOs, and M&As, among other transactions..) at J.P. Morgan, Ran then transitioned to serve as Senior Product Manager at eBay, and most recently, as a Venture Capitalist at Entree Capital. Ran holds a BS in Mathematics & Computer Science from Tel Aviv University and an MBA from Carnagie Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business, concentrating in Finance, Economics, and Quantitative Analysis. When he’s not conducting advanced research on our Equity product, you can find Ran playing the piano or snowboarding.

Ricardo brings over 7 years of experience in venture investments. He began his career in launching ventures at Rocket Internet, and prior to joining Liquidity he worked as a VC investor at top-tier funds such as Cavalry Ventures, Nauta Capital, and Cell Capital, backing over 30 companies across diverse industries, stages, and geographies.

Ridhi has over a decade of equity investing experience. She previously spent 9 years at Goldman Sachs Asset Management across Singapore, India and US where she led investments and managed a portfolio of over USD 2bn and served on the Boards of portfolio companies. Prior to GS, Ridhi was at GIC. She received a B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering from IIT Delhi.

Ron brings over 25 years of experience as a creative leader. He delivered digital experiences for leading brands and agencies worldwide. Ron combines top-notch design and creativity with deep brand and communication understanding, carefully thought-out user experience, and technical know-how. Before Joining Liquidity Ron was a lead designer at Designit, Consultant for GM, and many more.

Before joining Liquidity Ron worked as a researcher and a data scientist in research institutions and a fintech company. Ron holds a bachelor's degree in Economics and Political Science from Ben Gurion University, and a master's degree in Economics from Tel Aviv University.

With wealth of experience in Fintech and IT, with a proven track record of success selling SaaS platforms and B2B sales at companies like Oracle, NetSuite, and PayEm. Ron excels at leading multinational corporations across multiple business verticals through strategic sales, account management, and relationship building. His success is built on strong relationships with customers at all levels, from engineers to VP and C-level executives. He also excels at collaborating with cross-functional teams such as support, product, legal, operations, and marketing to achieve sales goals.

Rozi joins the team following a tenure in fundraising and investor relations for social change, including at the JDC. Rozi holds a Master's in Public Policy from Hebrew University and a BA in Psychology and Public Health from Brandeis University.

Sabina has nearly 5 years of professional experience in alternative investments, finance, and corporate banking. Before joining Liquidity, she worked as a Relationship Manager at Sberbank, one of the largest banks in Eastern Europe. She was mainly in charge of debt financing, deal structuring, and partnership relations. Prior to Sberbank, she was an Investment Analyst at Anton, where she was responsible for the due diligence of alternative investments and managed clients' portfolios of hedge funds.

Sapir is a corporate lawyer, specializing in various aspects of commercial law, including M&A, investments and financing transactions, as well as commercial and incorporation agreements.Prior to Liquidity, Sapir worked as an associate at leading commercial law firms.

Satoshi has worked for MUFG, the largest financial institution in Japan for over 11 years. He has extensive experience in Project Finance which includes the origination of the first Solar Power project in Japan, Core Infrastructure in the Americas, and credit analysis for large Telecom transactions in EMEA.

Segev has over 6 years of experience as a full stack web developer. When it comes to programming, Segev brings a professional, creative and sophisticated point of view.

Before transitioning into the software QA field, Shai worked in the restaurants & events business. As a motivated self-learner, Shai made a career shift and studied at the Israel-based Qualitest Group QA course. He then worked as a QA Specialist in a stealth-mode startup company, writing test cases and executing them. Shai is excited to join LIQUiDITY with a strong passion and motivation to succeed.

Shane has over 4 years of experience in customer-facing and account management in various sectors including sales, marketing, and technical support. Before joining Liquidity, he worked at various start-ups, including Infinidat, where he worked as a global operation & customer support specialist. Before joining Liquidity she worked as an HR and talent acquisition specialist for several high tech companies including Zemingo and PWC. Shir holds an MBA from Bar Ilan University and a BA in Psychology from Reichman University. She lives in Herzliya with her husband and two amazing boys, loves traveling and is a real foodie.

Sivan brings with her experience in finance and accounting processes for public, tech, and global companies. Most recently she was a Senior Auditor at KPMG’s tech-focused department. Formerly Sivan also held a student position at the Israel Tax Authority for large enterprises auditing, while completing her BA in Business and Administration as well as her CPA certification at the College of Management in Rishon. Sivan loves everything about sports and she’s thrilled about working out on the 19th floor with anyone who’d like to join!

Sonam brings over a decade of global capital markets experience with leading investment banks, fintech companies, and rating agencies. Before joining Liquidity, Sonam was part of the debt capital markets team with JPM and Bank of America in New York. Most recently, she headed the capital markets in India for Drip Capital, a leading Fintech firm in India. She has completed her Master of Science in Financial Engineering from Columbia University in New York City and her Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering from NIT Allahabad. At Liquidity, she will be the first member of our investment team in India and focus on expanding our presence in the Indian startup ecosystem.

Based in London, Peterson has over 15 years of experience, primarily in public and private capital markets in Europe and North America. Before Liquidity she was Managing Director at Cantor Fitzgerald in the Private Capital Markets Group responsible for the development of Institutional and Family Office relationships and capital raising. She was also head of US Equity Sales Europe, Deutsche Bank, for six years leading coverage of some of the largest asset managers globally. In addition, Peterson has substantial experience in structured credit and foreign exchange.

Stav brings more than 5 years of professional experience in the fields of Financial Advisory Services and Audit of TLV stock exchange listed companies. Prior to joining Liquidity, Stav was a Manager at KPMG's Transaction Services department, where he led cross-border transactions, financial buy-side and sell-side due diligence and assisting buyers and sellers throughout different deal stages. Stav holds a B.A. in Economics and Accounting from Reichman University (IDC Herzliya) and is a Certified Public Accountant in Israel.

Sukhbir is a Financial Analyst with 5 years of experience in Audit, Accounts, and Financial Analysis, mostly in management consultancy firms. In his previous role, he worked on projects targeting the analysis of financial operations and financial modeling in Ground Handling, Cargo Management, Aviation Security, and Air Navigation Services in volatile nations. He also represented the overseas station with a large portfolio as Finance Business Partner and led the local finance team through the complete financial cycle. He is currently pursuing the Chartered Accountancy Degree at the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA).

Sunao has worked for MUFG, the largest financial institutions in Japan, for over 13 years. He has extensive experience in Leveraged and Acquisition Finance in Japan and the US. He also spent 3 years at Morgan Stanley Investment Management and was involved in US middle market investment as well as fundraising.

Syed brings over 19 years of global experience in software architecture, design, implementation, and full-stack development. He is a hands-on technology leader and a proponent of disruptive innovations. His experience of over a decade is focused on designing distributed, scalable applications in the Banking/Fintech space including leading core banking digital cloud transformation and as Principal Software Engineer at Finastra, as well as leading teams as solution architect for Viet Bank (Vietnam) YOMA (Myanmar), National Bank of Kenya, CRDB Bank (Tanzania), and Samen Bank (Iran).

Tom has a BA in Management & Accounting from the College of Management and an MBA from Tel Aviv University. Prior to Liquidity tom worked as an M&A, Transaction services Manager at Deloitte, and prior to that a Senior in the Audit department in E&Y.

Tomer is an experienced Data Engineer, who served in the Intelligence Corps and currently studying BSc degree in Computer Science. Tomer brings over 5 years of hands-on experience in software development, building and defining data pipelines processes, and building AI and ML models from scratch with the science team.

Tomer served as Team leader in the flight squadron of the parachuting school and currently studying for a BA at Bar Ilan University in Accounting and Economics

Tomer brings over 6 years of experience in research in academia. Before joining Liquidity he worked as a researcher and a lecturer at Ben Gurion University. Tomer holds a Ph.D. degree in theoretical physics from Ben Gurion University, where he studied local scale symmetries in Cosmological models.

Tsahit brings over 9 years of professional experience in data research and product management with her to LIQUiDITY. She founded and led Data Analytics teams in large AI companies, including at Aidoc (health tech startup) and Cyberbit. Tsahit has also managed a data-driven process of choosing and designing AI products while leading communication with customers at a global scale. She’s a graduate of the IDF’s prestigious tech unit, as Intelligence and Data Analysis Team Leader. During her four-year tenure at the IDF, she was awarded the “8200 Award for Innovation and Creativity”.

Uria is a Machine Learning Engineer, Currently pursuing a BSc degree in Computer Science after serving in the Intelligence Corps.

Velen is a skilled frontend developer with a deep love for JavaScript. With extensive startup experience, he thrives on tackling challenges and finding innovative solutions. Beyond coding, he enjoys an active lifestyle, hiking, paragliding, and appreciating scenic beaches and mountains.

Victor holds a PhD in Economics from New York University and has more than nine years of invaluable experience in academia spanning teaching and research. His journey has encompassed guiding students through Corporate Finance, Investment Valuation, Microeconomics, and Econometrics. Victor's expertise lies in theoretical financial economics and the intricate art of time series analysis. His career path has been an evolving adventure: after working in academic positions in Russia, UAE, and Belarus, he moved to Poland in April 2021 to be a risk specialist within the banking sector, delving into the world of risk assessment and management. Yevgeny has 20 years of hands-on experience in software development. He brings a vast knowledge of technical matters.

Yulia has over 4 years of experience as a Bookkeeper in tech and commercial companies. She’s worked mainly on accounts payable/receivables and monthly reports for the companies she’s worked in. Yulia holds a Type 2 Bookkeeping certificate from Tel Hai College. She speaks English, Hebrew, and Russian fluently. She loves reading, hiking, and skiing, and she’s a fan of movies!

Prior to joining Liquidity Zeev was the CISO in Derech Eretz and SHL telemedicine. He brings over 17 years of industry experience as a security leader, with vast security and privacy experience. He builds and manage the security and privacy measures in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, traveling abroad and guiding the local entities. He is a certified Data Privacy Solutions Engineer from ISACA and holds CISO diploma from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
